John Westwood said he was prevented from enclosing a void spot of ground lying at the Grates Cove, which was never before cultivated, occupied or possessed by any person, by John Janes, and confirmed by the testimony (in writing) by several inhabitants, ALSO,
George Lewis made to the Court a similar presentation against Thomas Benson with a confirmation in writing by several inhabitants.
No Decree given in either case -- recommend the parties settle their disputes in an amicable way between themselves.
